Conference Room
- Operating Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Booking Duration: Each booking allows a maximum duration of 3 hours. It can be extended based on the requirement
- Occupancy: 12 seats
- Preference: Conferences
- Reservation valid: Academic / Non-Academic Staff
- Any food and beverage items are not allowed except water
Collaborative Space
- Operating Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Booking Duration: Each booking allows a maximum duration of 2 hours. It can be extended based on the requirement
- Occupancy: 16 seats
- Preference: Webinars, Group Discussions, Collaborative Work
- Reservation valid: Academic / Non-Academic Staff / Students
- Any food and beverage items are not allowed except water
Research Commons
- Operating Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Booking Duration: Each booking allows a maximum duration of 4 hours. It can be extended based on the requirement
- Occupancy: 08 seats (can allocate individual reservation)
- Preference: individual learning
- Reservation valid: Snr. Lecturer & above / PHD / MPhil research studies only
- Any food and beverage items are not allowed except water
Discussion Rooms
- Operating Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Booking Duration: Each booking allows a maximum duration of 2 hours, and one group can reserve only 2 time slots per day
- Time Slots:
- 9.00 AM – 11.00 AM
- 11.00 AM – 1.00 PM
- 1.00 PM – 3.00 PM
- 3.00 PM – 5.00 PM
- Minimum Occupancy: Bookings require a minimum of 5-8 students to be valid
- Behavior Expectations: Maintain respectful, quiet, and considerate behavior while inside the room and use the space only for study purposes
- Access Control: Do not allow other students to enter the room you have reserved
- Responsibility and Damages:You are accountable for the room during your booking period. Any damage to the property will result in a penalty. The penalty will be the value of the damaged item plus an additional 50% of the total value, followed by a formal inquiry
- Your booking will be cancelled after the first 15 minutes and no excuses to be entertained due to late arrivals
- Students should provide member details via the Library Space Reservation and the actual booking data must be same. (In the case of mismatching data, your booking will be cancelled by the library supervision)
- Food & beverage items are not allowed within the room except water
